· Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
· Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor teams, and site workers.
· Monitor project progress, prepare daily reports, and update management on any delays or issues.
· Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on site.
· Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met; address and resolve any issues that arise.
· Manage site logistics including material delivery, storage, and inventory control.
· Assist in planning work schedules and setting priorities to meet deadlines.
· Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety policies to promote a safe work environment.
· Liaise with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients as required.
· Maintain accurate site records including attendance, material usage, and incident reports.
