Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary: ?20,000 – ?30,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and other site teams.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, and site requirements.
Track daily work progress and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper utilization at the site.
Identify and resolve site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned team.
Ensure proper safety practices and discipline are maintained at the site.
Inspect ongoing work and ensure quality and finishing standards are maintained.
Maintain daily site reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor.
Experience in interior/construction/site execution will be preferred.
Good knowledge of site supervision and execution.
Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Should be willing to work at the Sarjapur/Doddathimmasandra location.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
