Job description
As a Site Supervisor (Civil & Interiors), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining effective communication with clients and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction and Turnkey interior projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
