Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior projects.Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and workers to ensure proper implementation of designs.Monitor work progress at each site and ensure timely completion as per project timelines.Ensure quality control by verifying that materials and workmanship meet company standards.Supervise and manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and work regulations.Take full responsibility for all materials after they are delivered to the site, ensuring proper handling, storage, and usage.No excuses will be entertained for material wastage; strict monitoring and optimal utilization are mandatory.Maintain regular reports and documentation on project progress, site conditions, and work schedules.Identify and resolve on-site challenges to ensure uninterrupted workflow.Coordinate with the procurement team for material deliveries and ensure their proper usage.Ensure all work follows design specifications, drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).Communicate effectively with clients and update them on project progress when required.Strictly maintain site cleanliness; no compromises will be accepted.Efficiently handle and manage manpower to ensure productivity and discipline on site.Ensure site safety measures and compliance with company policies.Must have a two-wheeler.
