Interior Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Operations & Sales Executive – Godrej Furniture & Racking

Location: [Noida / Ghaziabad]

Qualification: Any Graduate (Candidates with interior/project site handling experience preferred)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

​Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced candidate for our Godrej commercial furniture and racking solutions business. This role involves a blend of site management, customer interaction, labor handling, and post-installation service support.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Site Management & Logistics: Coordinate material dispatch coming directly from Godrej factories in Mumbai and Chennai and manage smooth site-level execution.

​Customer Interaction: Interact directly with clients on-site, explaining product features, usage, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

​Labor Handling: Supervise on-site labor and technical staff to ensure timely and error-free installation of furniture and racking systems.

​Sales & Service Management: Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities at client sites and address any post-installation service or maintenance queries.

​Required Skills & Eligibility:

​Graduation in any stream with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

​Proven experience in managing interior sites, furniture fitting, modular office setups, or racking projects is highly preferred.

​Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

​Demonstrated ability in supervising site labor and resolving operational challenges independently.

​Willingness to travel to various project sites as required
