Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Factory Supervisor who can work with different

Production departments in our factory. The person in charge would be working with the

designers to understand the design and ensure that its prototyped and then produced.

Role Responsibilities & Activities:

Key Responsibilities:

● Create detailed design specifications and prototypes. Utilize CAD software and other

design tools to produce technical drawings and models.

● Collaborate with the R&D team to brainstorm and develop furniture designs.

● Analyze and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.

● Present design concepts and progress updates to management and other stakeholders.

● Support the transition of designs from concept to production, including troubleshooting

and refining designs as needed.

Factory Supervisor

Role Responsibilities & Activities

Factory Management

○ Recording and Maintaining Raw Data to analyse costing, consumption and

overall productivity of the Factory .

○ Ensuring Effiicient Production with a pre defined QC checklist.

○ Managing labour problems and leading the entire team to be able to maximise

protfitablitiy, ensuring a good working environment for the labour.

○ Support the team in creating 3D files and drafting technical drawings for

Product Development

● Work with international designers that collaborate with the brand and support them

during the design development.

● Oversee the development of new products in the factory, working directly with the

production team to:

○ Resolve manufacturing issues.

○ Improve processes.

○ Ensure aesthetic and quality standards.

● Create development schedules for each new product.

● Maintain constant communication with suppliers to manage new materials, sample

requests, and delivery guarantees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture ,Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

● 2+ years of proven experience in an R&D or product design role (Concept and mood

board creation, 3D modeling, rendering, technical drawing drafting).

● Mandatory highly developed skills using Rhino (knowledge of other software is

appreciated).

● Proficiency using rendering software (KeyShot or V-Ray).

● Highly developed skills using Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator &

InDesign).

● Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production

techniques.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

● Fluency in English. Italian and Spanish knowledge is a plus.

● Experience with rapid prototyping and 3D printing technologies is a plus.
