We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor who understands premium execution and takes pride in delivering exceptional on-site results.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complete on-site execution of high-end residential interior projects — ensuring design intent, detailing, and finishing quality are maintained at every stage.

This role requires ownership, maturity, and a deep understanding of luxury interior execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete site execution from initiation to handover

• Execute strictly as per approved drawings, detailing, and specifications

• Coordinate carpenters, modular teams, electricians, plumbers, polishers, and vendors

• Ensure superior finishing standards, alignment accuracy, and detailing precision

• Maintain disciplined timelines and structured daily reporting

• Monitor material quality, handling, and site organization

• Conduct precise measurements and verify contractor bills

• Proactively resolve on-site challenges while maintaining design integrity

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in premium residential interior execution

• Strong understanding of:

  • Modular and custom furniture

  • Veneer, laminate, polish, and finishing standards

  • False ceiling and lighting coordination

  • Civil alterations and detailing

• Ability to read and execute detailed working drawings

• Strong vendor coordination and quality control skills

• Professional attitude, accountability, and leadership presence

Compensation & Benefits

💰 ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Cash in Hand)
⛽ Petrol Allowance – Separate (as per site travel requirements)
