Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications. You will coordinate with contractors, laborers, and project managers to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities and labor workforce.

• Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

• Monitor material usage and inventory on site.

• Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and progress.

• Maintain site records including labor attendance, material delivery, and work logs.

• Identify and resolve on-site issues or escalate to project managers when needed.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in site supervision

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Good organizational and leadership skills.

• Basic knowledge of site documentation and reporting.

• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
