Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team at Anjali Construction co to supervise and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role maintaining daily expenditure and budgets and cost controls, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and opportunities to work on large key government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing constructionwork on site and managing labourers on site.
• Communicating and coordinating with government officials.
• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
• Visit sites and supervise work as per work plans.
• Quick problem solving attitude and key soft skills are preferred.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in Budegeting and Cost Control, Maintenance of expenses log book and have a strong knowledge of civil and repair work. Well speaking English candidates will be preferred.
