Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Executive with at least one year of experience in interior design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the project management team in the execution of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring interior design projects from conception through completion. Ensure project milestones are met and that the design vision is accurately realized.

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in scope.

Design Implementation: Collaborate with senior designers to translate design concepts into actionable plans. Assist in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and samples.

Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes, place orders, and manage delivery schedules. Ensure that all materials and furnishings meet design specifications and quality standards.

Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure that work is carried out according to design plans and specifications.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking expenditures.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project. Propose and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections of completed projects to ensure that they meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: At least 6 months of professional experience in interior design or project management within the design industry.
