✔ HVAC Systems (Cassette, Ductable, VRF/VRV, Chillers)
✔ Site Execution & Project Coordination
✔ AutoCAD Drawings & Layout Understanding
✔ BOQ & BOM Understanding
✔ Heat Load Calculation Basics
✔ Material Planning & Site Management

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Manage HVAC Projects from Site Mobilization to Final Handover
✔ Coordinate with Customers, Consultants, Contractors & OEM Teams
✔ Supervise Site Technicians, Helpers & Contractors
✔ Ensure Work Execution as per Approved Drawings and BOQ
✔ Material Planning & Site Progress Monitoring
✔ Daily Progress Reporting & Documentation
✔ Coordinate with Design, Sales & Procurement Teams
✔ Attend Customer Meetings and Site Reviews
✔ Support Sales Team During Site Surveys and Technical Discussions
✔ Ensure Quality, Safety and Timely Completion of Projects
