Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team at Ak Construction to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 30,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety rules: Make sure all workers wear personal protective equipment (PPE) like hard hats and vests.

Conduct safety briefings: Lead daily or weekly toolbox talks to review hazard protocols.

Inspect the site: Walk the grounds regularly to spot and remove physical or environmental hazards.

Manage accidents: Respond immediately to injuries or emergencies using established site protocols.

Assign daily tasks: Give clear instructions so every team member knows their job.

Monitor productivity: Evaluate worker and subcontractor output and correct slow performance.

Maintain attendance logs: Track who is on-site and record work hours accurately.

Resolve conflicts: Handle team disputes or operational bottlenecks on the ground.

Track inventory: Monitor supplies, tools, and heavy equipment to prevent shortages.

Coordinate deliveries: Manage material drop-offs and safe on-site storage.

Prevent waste: Optimize resource usage to keep operations efficient and cost-effective
