Interior Site Supervisor

We are hiring a Site Supervisor with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of waterproofing activities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site supervision skills, and the ability to deliver quality results within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule site activities for efficient execution.

• Supervise on-site work and ensure quality standards are met.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and track material usage.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety norms.

• Resolve technical and execution challenges promptly.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of relevant site experience (preferably waterproofing).

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site management.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
