Interior Site Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to manage and oversee our corporate and commercial site executions in the Ahmedabad region. You will be responsible for translating design layouts into reality, managing labor and vendors, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, and maintaining high-quality finish standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations for commercial projects, ensuring construction aligns perfectly with working drawings (GFCs).

- Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate with specialized sub-contractors (carpenters, false ceiling teams, painters, and flooring vendors).

- Material Management: Verify incoming material quality, track inventory, and minimize wastage on site.

- Timeline & Scheduling: Maintain project schedules to meet tight commercial launch deadlines.

- Quality Control & Safety: Ensure flawless execution of civil modifications, premium finishes, and strict adherence to site safety protocols.

- Reporting: Provide daily progress reports (DPRs), site photographs, and measurement logs to the project manager/design team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience specifically supervising commercial interior fit-outs.

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent practical field experience.

- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural blueprints, MEP layouts, and 3D design renders.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, vendor negotiation, conflict resolution, and clear communication in Hindi and Gujarati/English.
