🔹 Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and workforce

🔹 Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Dispatch) for smooth project flow

🔹 Monitor material usage and control wastage

🔹 Maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and timely project completion

🔹 Prepare basic site reports, updates, and documentation

🔹 Identify on-site challenges and provide effective solutions
