Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Experience Centre. The ideal candidate will welcome walk-in customers, understand their requirements, explain our premium stained glass products, and convert inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Explain our stained glass products and customization options.

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Coordinate with the design team for customer requirements.

- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in showroom, interior, furniture, home décor, or luxury retail sales.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confident personality with strong customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives.
