Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Interior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, quantity estimation, and billing for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for accurate quantity take-offs, vendor coordination, and cost control to ensure project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for interior projects
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings
Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
Vendor rate comparison and negotiation
Verify contractor bills and client billing
Site measurements and material reconciliation
Monitor project cost and control expenses
Coordinate with design and project teams

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of interior materials and finishes
Good understanding of BOQ preparation
Experience in billing and cost control
Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD
Good communication and coordination skills
