Interior Project Manager / Local Design Manager — FULL TIME
Proposed Deployment: 100% / Full Time
The Interior Project Manager will act as the primary interface between the Client, HBA Studio, Interior Contractors, specialist consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Overall management and coordination of interior-related activities.
• Acting as the principal local interface with HBA Studio.
• Coordination between Client, design team and contractors.
• Monitoring design development and design deliverables.
• Coordination of design queries and technical issues.
• Review and coordination of value-engineering proposals.
• Monitoring shop drawings, material submissions and mock-ups.
• Coordination of contractor and supplier requirements.
• Regular site and project coordination meetings.
• Identification and escalation of critical design, cost and programme issues.
• Reporting to the Client on the overall interior project status.
