Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. The candidate will coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, site teams, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor multiple interior projects simultaneously.
Prepare and track project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Follow up with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to sites.
Maintain project trackers, BOQs, work orders, and documentation.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
Track client approvals, design changes, and site instructions.
Ensure quality standards and project timelines are maintained.
Coordinate billing, vendor payments, and project closure activities.
Escalate project delays and risks to management proactively.
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
