Interior Draftsman

We are looking for an interior draftsman to join our team Spaces Design Studio .

Key Responsibilities:
. Create detailed and precise 2D layout plans, sketches, and working drawings using
AutoCAD for coworking and managed office spaces based on design briefs.
. Develop space planning options that optimize functionality, aesthetics, and
compliance with building norms.
. Revise drawings based on feedback from design/project teams or clients.
. Maintain drawing accuracy, scaling, completeness and documentation
standards throughout all design phases.
. Ensure all layouts comply with safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
. Support site teams with technical drawing clarifications when required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualifications for this role are a diploma and experience range.
