1. Creating and developing architecture & interior GFC drawings with details.

2. Good knowledge of Auto CAD.

3. Coming up with newer constructional elements while acquiring the necessary supplies and decorative elements required for the project, needs to be familiar with the ideas behind design engineering, architectural planning, and MEP engineering. Researching and examining the design concept.

4. 10 hrs duty depend on project urgencies and 6 working days.

5. Should be skilled at integrating and coordinating with services such as Structural, MEP, HVAC, Facade, and other similar services and detecting clash within and providing solutions as required by the project estimating and costing a project to determine its viability and budget.
