Full Time
• Own 3–4 projects simultaneously from brief to handover
• Lead design concept development and client presentations — understand briefs, translate them into spaces
• Produce complete 2D working drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and detail drawings in AutoCAD / ZwCAD
• Handle space planning, material selection, colour schemes, lighting design, and custom furniture specifications
• Attend client meetings independently — present concepts, manage feedback, and drive design approvals
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors — ensure design intent is communicated clearly and maintained on site
• Conduct site visits for quality inspections at key project milestones (supervisors manage daily site operations)
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups before execution
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers on active projects
• Stay current with design trends, new materials, and industry innovations
• You take full ownership — a project in your hands gets seen through, start to finish
• You're confident with clients — you can present, explain, and handle pushback professionally
• You have a sharp eye for quality — small details on site matter to you
• You enjoy mentoring — you're willing to bring junior team members along
• You're organised — 3–4 projects running in parallel don't overwhelm you
