Coordinate with 3D designers and review visual outputs for accuracy.
Prepare and issue GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for execution.
Ensure drawings comply with site conditions and execution standards.
Prepare detailed BOQs based on final drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotations and rate analysis.
Assist in value engineering to optimize costs without compromising design quality.
Update BOQs based on design changes and site variations.
Support management during final cost approvals and negotiations.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, POP contractors, painters, HVAC, and other agencies.
Finalize material specifications and ensure timely procurement.
Share drawings and clarify execution details with site teams.
Resolve on-site technical and design-related issues.
Maintain professional relationships with vendors and contractors.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution as per drawings and design intent.
Ensure workmanship quality, material compliance, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines are met.
Handle site-level problem-solving and design modifications if required.
Prepare and verify running account (RA) bills and final bills.
Take site measurements for completed work.
Cross-check contractor bills with approved BOQs and work progress.
Maintain billing records and submit timely billing reports to accounts/project management teams.
Support project-wise cost tracking and reconciliation.
Coordinate with project managers, accounts, and procurement teams.
Maintain proper documentation for drawings, BOQs, approvals, and bills.
Submit regular project status updates to seniors/management.
Assist in mentoring junior designers and interns.
Strong understanding of interior execution and detailing.
Expertise in BOQ preparation, measurement, and site billing.
