Work Schedule & Compensation

• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Roster-based

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

• Incentives: Performance-based

Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Interior Designer with strong, hands-on experience in kitchen design and modular furniture projects. This role involves end-to-end responsibility, including 3D designing, technical drawings, project planning, on-site inspections, and execution coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing projects from concept to installation and ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create kitchen and modular furniture designs using 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and related design software

• Develop layouts, 3D renders, and detailed drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, and modular furniture

• Handle projects from concept to completion, including client coordination and site measurements

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure designs are executed as per drawings and specifications

• Present design concepts and 3D visuals to clients and incorporate feedback effectively

• Coordinate with production, installation, and operations teams for smooth execution

• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs/BOMs, material specifications, and approval documents

• Ensure quality control during installation, maintaining functionality, finish, and aesthetics

• Work closely with sales and internal teams to align design intent with execution timelines

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in kitchen design projects (3–5 years preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar design tools

• Practical experience with modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and residential interiors

• Good project management and execution capabilities

• Ability to conduct site inspections and supervise installations

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Own laptop for design and project work

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with premium residential or commercial kitchen projects

• Knowledge of modular furniture systems, fittings, hardware, and finishes

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
