Interior Designer

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning based on client needs

• Prepare architectural and interior design drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and standards

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams

• Supervise project execution to ensure design accuracy and quality

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project timelines

• Review drawings, shop drawings, and site progress

• Handle design revisions and resolve technical issues during execution

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• Professional experience in architectural and interior design projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software

• Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and finishes

• Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of sustainable and green design practices

• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects

• Familiarity with local building codes and approval processes

Working Conditions

• Office-based with regular site visits

• May require extended hours during project deadlines
