Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales through lead generation, client outreach, and project acquisition.
Client Engagement: Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and project managers, and conduct product presentations and site visits.
Product Promotion: Explain the features and benefits of aluminum doors and windows to potential clients.
Sales Cycle Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
Customer Support: Address customer queries and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals and market share targets.
Internal Coordination: Work with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and project success.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Sales Experience:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction, building materials, or aluminium industry.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations.
Product Knowledge:
Good understanding of aluminum profile, door and window systems, and related hardware.
Technical Awareness:
Basic technical knowledge of aluminum door and window components and installation processes.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Goal-Oriented:
Ability to set and achieve sales targets and budgets
