Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Drive sales through lead generation, client outreach, and project acquisition. 

• Client Engagement: Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and project managers, and conduct product presentations and site visits. 

• Product Promotion: Explain the features and benefits of aluminum doors and windows to potential clients. 

• Sales Cycle Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales orders. 

• Customer Support: Address customer queries and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction. 

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals and market share targets. 

• Internal Coordination: Work with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and project success. 

• Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from clients. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Sales Experience:

  Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction, building materials, or aluminium industry. 

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Good understanding of aluminum profile, door and window systems, and related hardware. 

• Technical Awareness:

  Basic technical knowledge of aluminum door and window components and installation processes. 

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. 

• Goal-Oriented:

  Ability to set and achieve sales targets and budgets
