ob Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 4 years of experience in non-modular interior design. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and adherence to client requirements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial interior projects.

• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Supervise site execution to ensure design accuracy and quality of finishes.

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for timely completion of work.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements as per project needs.

• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and building codes.

• Prepare presentations and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of non-modular interior design (custom furniture, on-site carpentry, etc.).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Good sense of color, space planning, and detailing.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Strong project management and time management abilities.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institute.
