Job Description

Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design
Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget.

Develop design concepts and mood boards based on client briefs.

Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Enscape.

Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to execute design plans.

Ensure that designs comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Manage timelines, budgets, and procurement of design elements.

Oversee installation and staging of interior elements.

Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Illustrator).

Strong creative and visualization skills.

Good communication and project management abilities.

Knowledge of trends, materials, and finishes.

Portfolio demonstrating previous design work.
