Job Overview: We are seeking highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designers (Senior & Junior) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The role involves working on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from concept development to final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
● Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
● Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical specifications.
● Select materials, furniture, finishes, and décor elements while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
● Stay updated with industry trends, innovative materials, and sustainable design solutions.
● Ensure that designs comply with safety regulations and local building codes.
● Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
Junior Interior Designer (1-2 years experience)
● Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
● Strong creativity and an eye for detail.
● Ability to work under supervision and learn on the job.

Senior Interior Designer (3-4 years experience)
● Proven experience in handling multiple interior projects independently.
● Strong port showcasing completed projects.
● Expertise in project management, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
● Excellent leadership and client communication skills.
