Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling:
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resource allocation and project prioritization.
Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage communication to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance performance.
Quality and Safety Compliance:
Ensure all project activities comply with safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold compliance.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
Report financial performance and address any budget deviations promptly.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in project management within civil construction and interior turnkey fitouts.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results under pressure.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong client-facing abilities.
