Job Description

We are looking for a practical Interior Designer who can handle both design work and on-site execution. This role is not just about software—you must understand how designs are executed in real life.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Software Work

Create detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD (layouts, furniture, electrical, plumbing)
Develop 3D models in SketchUp
Prepare basic renders (V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion – optional but preferred)
Make working drawings & BOQs
Modify drawings based on site conditions and client feedback

Site Work & Execution

Visit sites regularly and coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters
Explain drawings clearly to site workers
Take site measurements and update drawings accordingly
Ensure design is executed as per drawings and timelines
Handle basic material selection and on-site problem solving
