Position – Interior/Architect Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:

  • Conceptualize and develop design ideas for office interiors, integrating functionality with aesthetics.

  • Create space plans, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.

• Architecture & Technical Expertise:

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.

  • Prepare construction documents, working drawings, and specifications.

  • Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and client requirements.

• Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings.

• Site Supervision:

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring design accuracy and quality control on-site.

  • Address on-site challenges with practical and timely solutions.

• Sustainability & Innovation:

  • Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative materials into projects.

Stay updated on trends in office design, architecture, and workplace ergonomics.
