Job Title: Senior Interior Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a deep understanding of materials, spatial planning, trends, and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage interior design projects across all phases – from conceptualization, planning, and design development to execution and installation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and objectives, ensuring all design outcomes align with their expectations.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, renderings, floor plans, and 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and fixtures.
• Oversee and guide junior designers and ensure design consistency and quality across all work.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and successful implementation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution and quality control.
• Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of professional interior design experience, with a proven track record of leading high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and sustainable design practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
• NCIDQ Certification or equivalent.
• LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices.
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments.

Work Environment:
• Hybrid or on-site, depending on project location.
• Travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, and installations.
