Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Interior Designer with 3–6 years of professional experience to join our team at our Rai (131029) location. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and project execution skills. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing interior design projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and 3D presentations

• Prepare working drawings, material specifications, and mood boards

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and preferences

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site execution teams

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Source materials, furniture, and fittings aligned with design themes

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and manage client approvals

• Maintain documentation for design approvals and revisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

• 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and color coordination

• Good understanding of building codes and regulations

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills

• Attention to detail and passion for high-quality design
