Key Responsibilities

Create design concepts, space plans, and drawings (layouts, sections, elevations).
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs align with electrical, plumbing, and structural requirements.
Prepare accurate technical drawings for construction.
Communicate with clients, present design ideas, gather feedback, and provide updates.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures based on design goals and budget.
Visit sites to monitor progress and resolve design or installation issues.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
Apply sustainable and functional design practices in all projects.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2+ years of experience in interior design, including layout, section, and elevation drawings with electrical and plumbing integration.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
