Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and detailed elevations using AutoCAD.

• Create 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar visualization tools.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences.

• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.

• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and color palettes to communicate design concepts effectively.

• Manage site visits for design reviews, quality checks, and coordination.

• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and finishes to enhance design outcomes.

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.).

• Strong visualization, space planning, and detailing skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color theory.
