Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Designer Associate with a background in interior design sales to join our team in the paint industry. The ideal candidate will assist customers with design consultations, provide product recommendations, and drive sales through creative and personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store or on-site design consultations for customers

• Recommend color schemes, textures, and paint finishes

• Understand customer preferences and suggest relevant design solutions

• Support sales targets through excellent customer experience

• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for project execution

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing or related field

• 2-6 years of experience in interior design and sales (preferably in paint/decor industry)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Customer-focused mindset and a keen eye for aesthetics
