As a Junior Interior Designer at Rishabh Jain Architects, you'll support the design process from early concepts through drawing development, working closely with the team to turn ideas into clear, well-resolved spaces.
1. Help develop layout options and design concepts, using Google SketchUp to build and refine simple 3D views.
2. Prepare and update plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings in AutoCAD under the guidance of senior team members.
3. Create presentation boards and visual references in Adobe Photoshop, keeping images, materials, and annotations clear and consistent.
4. Research finishes, furniture, fixtures, and materials, and organize findings for design discussions and presentations.
5. Incorporate feedback into drawings and visuals, tracking revisions carefully and checking files for accuracy.
6. Assist with measurements, site documentation, and photo records to help the team understand existing conditions.
7. Coordinate design information with colleagues and help keep drawing sets, material references, and project files organized.
