Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer who is proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Rendering. You will work closely with the founder to conceptualize designs, create detailed technical drawings for site execution, and produce high-quality 3D visuals for client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality, realistic 3D models and renders (SketchUp/3ds Max + V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape) to help clients visualize the final space.

• Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D layouts in AutoCAD, including furniture plans, electrical/lighting layouts, false ceiling details, and joinery drawings.

• Design Conceptualization: Develop mood boards, color palettes, and material selections (laminates, tiles, fabrics, etc.).

• Site Coordination: Assist in site measurements and ensure design execution matches the drawings on-site.

• Post-Production: Enhance renders using Photoshop to achieve the perfect lighting and mood.

Required Software Skills:

• AutoCAD (Advanced/Proficient)

• SketchUp or 3ds Max (Modelling)

• V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape (Rendering)

• Adobe Photoshop (Basic to Intermediate)

What We Are Looking For:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating realistic 3D rendering and clean AutoCAD drafting.

• Knowledge of standard interior design measurements and materials.

• Ability to work on "Modern" and "Minimalist" design themes.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
