Prepare 2D drawings, 3D views, working drawings, and BOQs.

Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.

Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and lighting.

Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with drawings and specifications.

Manage client presentations, design approvals, and design changes.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for pricing, timelines, and execution quality.

Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Resolve design and execution-related issues during construction.

Maintain project documentation and design records.
