Key Responsibilities

Lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion.

Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and timeline.

Develop space planning, layout designs, mood boards, and material selections.

Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Mentor junior designers and review their work.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

4–10 years of experience in interior design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion.

Knowledge of material selection, furniture, lighting, and execution.

Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
