Key Responsibilities

Lead Design Strategy: Manage the end-to-end design process, from high-level conceptualization to final site installation.

Client Advisory: Act as a lead consultant to translate client needs into "calm and considered" aesthetic proposals.

Space & Product Curation: Develop detailed mood boards and 3D renders that integrate Inscale Home’s premium décor and glass art.

Professional Collaboration: Partner with architects and studios to anchor our products within large-scale luxury projects.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–5 years in high-end residential or luxury interior design.

Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Portfolio: Must demonstrate a sophisticated "minimalist-luxury" aesthetic and a deep understanding of ethical/sustainable sourcing.

Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage complex project timelines and vendor relations.
