Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Execute full design processes, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
Client Management: Act as the primary liaison, presenting design concepts to clients and maintaining strong, professional relationships throughout the project life cycle.
Project Management: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
FF&E Expertise: Develop and review Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) specifications and budgets, providing extensive knowledge of vendors and resources.
Technical Excellence: Create detailed construction documents, detailing, and custom furniture designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and accessibility standards.
Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior designers, conducting design reviews and guiding their professional development.
Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
