Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of interior design projects that meet client requirements while ensuring timely completion and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites to assess space and understand design requirements and preferences.

• Create conceptual and detailed design plans using hand sketches and computer-aided design (CAD) software.

• Develop design elements including layouts, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.

• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets for projects.

• Source materials, furnishings, and other design elements within client specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design implementation.

• Supervise project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

• Present design concepts and progress to clients for approval.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new design technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant interior design experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software.

• Strong creativity with excellent visualization and artistic skills.

• Good communication and client management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.

• Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

• Knowledge of furniture, finishes, and sourcing best practices.
