Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls for our Interior Designing company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our services, scheduling meetings, and maintaining strong customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in interior design services.

• Explain company services such as Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, False Ceiling, Home Interiors, etc.

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

• Convert leads into appointments for the sales/design team.

• Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and close conversions.

• Maintain daily call logs and update lead information in the system.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment targets.

• Coordinate with the sales/design department for client requirements.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic knowledge of interior designing industry is a plus.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp).
