Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Business Awareness Goal Focus Time management Innovation Market awareness Achieving timelines Planning & Organising • Prepare 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings, detailed layouts, and rendered models for presentations. • Create design concepts, rough sketches, and technical drawings. • Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and vendors to meet project specifications. • Take accurate site measurements and assess project feasibility. • Prepare BOQs and detailed shop drawings for execution. • Modify designs as per client/consultant feedback within deadlines. • Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety, and engineering principles. • Maintain updated project documentation and CAD files. • Conduct research on materials, market trends, and innovative design solutions. • Strong attention to detail. • Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback. • Willingness to work overtime when required. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Mandatory: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) • . Proficiency in 3D Max • Knowledge of construction methods and materials. • Strong attention to detail and creativity. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Good presentation skills.
