Job Description

Must have experience with Commercial Corporate Projects

1. Concept Development & Design

• Develop creative and functional design concepts for commercial interior spaces.

• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.

• Create mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.

• Ensure designs align with client requirements, brand identity, and budget constraints.

2. Client Coordination

• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences.

• Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback.

• Provide design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.

3. Technical Documentation

• Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and BOQs.

• Assist in material selection and specification documentation.

• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.

4. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors

• Support site visits and ensure design execution aligns with approved drawings.

• Assist in resolving on-site design challenges.

5. Industry & Market Awareness

• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.

• Research innovative materials and cost-effective solutions.
