Roles and Responsibilities:

● Manage a team of creative professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

● Collaborate with designers and other professionals to create cohesive and visually appealing interior spaces.

● Manage your portfolio, showcasing your best work to clients and stakeholders.

● Create interior design concepts that are innovative, functional, and reflective of client needs.

● Project planning from scratch and producing drawings for the same for better execution.

● Supervise interior design project execution, ensuring the vision is accurately brought to life.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

● 4-5 years of experience in interior and architecture.

● Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time.

● Keen awareness of current trends in the art and design scene.

● Ability to work effectively with other designers and stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.

● Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of projects.

● Proficiency in specialized design software for creating detailed plans and visualizations.

● Expertise in creating compelling interior design concepts and supervising project execution.

● Skill in producing technical drawings that meet industry standards and specifications.

Qualifications skills required:

● Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of interior design skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

● Hardworking attitude with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and producing quality work under pressure.

● Bachelor’s /diploma in interior design or architecture
