Job Description

Work involves preparing design drawings & Working drawings – Plans, elevations, Sections, enlarged details. Should be able to prepare detailed BOQ (Bills of Quantities) from the working drawings.

Candidate should have diploma/ degree in Architecture/ Interior design from a reputed institute and an experience of 4 to 6 years working in Architectural or Interior design firms dealing with Commercial/ Educational projects.

Candidate should have good knowledge of MEP systems ( Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, ELV systems, Security systems) and able to co-ordinate with the MEP consultants and implement their inputs in the working drawings

Person who has worked more in Residential projects not preferred
