Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer who will be based at the factory and work closely with the Design Team and Production Team. The role involves assisting in design coordination, preparing technical documentation such as BOM, BOQ, MBOM, handling minor design updates, and supporting production execution. The candidate should be eager to learn Winner Design Software and factory processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination

• Coordinate with the central Design Team for drawings, specifications, and revisions

• Update minor design changes as per site, client, or production requirements

• Ensure latest drawings and revisions are shared with the factory team

Documentation & Data Preparation

• Prepare and update BOM (Bill of Materials)

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)

• Assist in maintaining accurate design and material data for production planning

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Paint, QC, and Dispatch teams for smooth execution

• Support production team with design clarifications and technical inputs

• Track design-related issues during manufacturing and support timely resolution

Software & Systems

• Learn and work on Winner Software for modular kitchen and furniture design

• Update drawings, material specifications, and quantities in the system

• Maintain proper documentation and version control

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or related field

• Basic understanding of modular furniture, interiors, or manufacturing drawings

• Knowledge of BOM / BOQ concepts (MBOM knowledge is an added advantage)

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production layouts

• Willingness and ability to learn Winner Software

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)

Experience

• 0–2 years experience in interior design, modular furniture, or manufacturing setup

• Freshers with strong learning ability may also apply
